Report An Incident
If at any time, based on available information, the Supplier becomes aware that concerns about actual or suspected threats to food safety exist which could require intervention to protect consumers’ interests, the Supplier must notify PJRFSCC immediately.
Upon identification that a food safety event requires public notification (such as a Class 1 or Class II recall), the Supplier shall, within twenty-four (24) hours of identifying the event, notify in writing:
